Culture and business: the match that really matters

In the coming months, innovation will remain a constant topic, influenced by changes in context and habits. Continuous adaptations will be necessary in view of atypical scenarios, such as the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic, the crisis in Ukraine, sporting events and elections. The key will be to understand these changes, to make connections with employees and society. The ability to discuss, argue and cooperate, supported by active listening and a safe environment, will support empowerment and unity between culture, business and intentions.

In this context, understanding the employee's journey is key to shaping the company's impact on their development. The People and Management Department played a crucial role in the alliance of organizational funds, promoting shared direction. Recognizing the uniqueness of individual contexts, the union of these balance points will contribute to the definition of the business course, giving meaning to frequently used terms, but interpreted in different ways.

Within corporate education, the practical approach surpasses the theoretical one. Adapting to changes that have occurred at an unprecedented pace in recent years has generated real-time learning and refined corporate practices. The role of theory is, therefore, to support a successful implementation of what has already been tested in practice. The focus on human relations in an increasingly humanized context will direct the business strategy to meet the interests of employees and stakeholders.
